It’s the intrinsic dynamic of life. It’s remembering that everything in the universe is in motion, in constant expansion, and so is humankind.

Awareness

It is the human capacity to realize. This act requires our willpower to achieve it. Reactivating Consciousness means moving away from living in the past and on automatic, allowing us to become present in the world and flow again.

Conscious Evolution

It is the human act that demands desire, will, and dedication to achieve it, since the painful experiences we live through cause us to protect ourselves, blocking the Evolution that is our nature.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Paloma
and I'm a Therapist

My name is Paloma Corral Brihuega, and I am a therapist.

My therapeutic approach is systemic. I trained as a Family Therapist in my youth, and the systemic perspective has become embodied in my way of living, seeing the world, and being. I also trained as a Family Constellator in 2007, and since then, I have been teaching Constellation Workshops throughout the year. In recent years, I have focused on creating Spaces of Conscious Evolution where the axes of work are Consciousness, the Systemic Perspective, and the Energy Body.
